"I live in a three-bedroom apartment at The Oliver Baton Rouge, and overall it’s been a great experience. The rates are very affordable, especially for the amount of space you get. The living area is spacious and comfortable. The maintenance team is amazing and always responds quickly whenever there’s an issue that needs to be fixed. The office staff is also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes everything run smoothly. I really like that the gym is open 24 hours, and the mailroom is nice and convenient as well. Overall, it’s a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it."

“My favorite amenity at The Oliver is definitely the pool. I love being around water, so it’s one of my favorite places to go when I want to relax and clear my mind. It’s always calm, the scenery is really nice, and it’s just a peaceful spot to unwind. I also love the gym. Even though it’s not super big, it’s spacious, has all the equipment I need, and the setup is really nice. It’s clean, comfortable, and makes working out enjoyable. Both the pool and gym are definitely my favorite parts of living here.”
